Importing and exporting data is straightforward, and while MarketPay offers robust in-app reporting tools, it’s equally easy to extract data for offline analysis. Our small team of compensation consultants and managers use MarketPay throughout the day, and it enables us to accomplish the work of a much larger team.

Integration with PeopleSoft, our HRIS system, is an easy and seamless process involving mapping automated exports from the HRIS to the MarketPay load templates and then publishing them at scheduled intervals to an SFTP server.
